"We have a couple of operatives working at the above property and I just want to say they have been really professional and working great with the resident who has learning disabilities.
The resident fell over yesterday when they was onsite and they was so good with her and helped her go from the location of the fall (hallway) to the lounge and called me straight away as she wouldn’t let them call for an ambulance – they didn’t do any manual handling but just stayed with her and reassured her.
They have also found when being onsite that the stopcocks aren’t the best and have liaised with us at Sovereign on what options they have to isolate the water in which we suggested to isolate the whole building, when doing so they worked really fast and placed new stopcocks for the property and got the water back up and running in the building before anyone could notice.
So I just want to say a thank you to them as they have been great, wearing PPE and placing plastic down so carpets don’t get marked"

The whole process has been a delight - from initial contact through to meeting on site, planning the layout, provision of excellent computer-generated plans and detailed specification / quote, then prompt execution on site keeping to the programmed timescales.
